Our Tips to Speed up Things

 

  1. During the initial installation: register your product's serial number.
  2. Take a look at the support concept of your product. You will also find the respective phone numbers and hotline hours there, if applicable.

  3. If any questions arise that cannot be answered with the help of the product's documentation: our comprehensive knowledge base and forums contain answers to the most frequently asked questions.
  4. If you don't find your answer there, please make sure that you have registered your license's serial number so your request can be quickly processed. In general we answer within two working days.
