FunctionalityOperational procedures often require repeated printing of the same or similar content. A good example is when items are shipped: a copy of the invoice is needed for the customer, a second copy is filed internally, and the logistics department prints a delivery note and shipping label.
With the List & Label reporting tool, it's very easy. The document output control in the Report Designer lets you determine how many issues you want to generate. Each issue may be sent to a different output device. You use conditions to control which elements are actually printed. For example, you can print only the address field for the shipping label or all pages of the order as a PDF for archiving.
