It is important to know that all our products are developed completely in-house. There is no outsourcing and especially no offshore development in low-wage countries. Due to the short communication distances, we are characterized by flexibility and speedy reaction to the market's demands. This guarantees the high quality of the products you as our customer are using, and the combit team is a real physical team instead of a virtual one :-).

Your requirements, collected within surveys or directly communicated, play a very important role for the development of our products. All suggestions and wishes are managed in a database and will be checked for viability and relevance each time we produce a new version. Upgrades for combit products always contain a variety of new features, which offer real value, and are frequently revised to make them more usable and keep them state-of-the-art. Each product has a regular update cycle. For our core products List & Label, cRM and address manager, the version's lifecycle is about 12-18 months.
