During the validity of a subscription you have full access to current ServicePacks. This way you keep up with the current development. Whenever exceptions or problems occur you are on the safe side being able to download the latest service pack immediately. And whenever a bug should not yet be fixed our support staff is there to assist you in short time.
Just imagine: While you're installing an update or a new version of an operating system under which your List & Label-Setup hasn't been tested or released yet. You then won't have access to the necessary patch to connect your operating system.
Please note: If you cancel your subscription you don't have access to ServicePacks after the termination of your subscription.

Whenever you have a question or a problem our support team is there to assist you as a subscription customer. You don't have to worry about the costs, it's all included. We know that reporting functions mostly take over a vital and a central role in our customers' applications. That's why it is so important to you to have a reliable and effective support service at hand who will be happy to answer all your questions. We back you up!
Our Suport Team is available for you Monday through Friday from 9am to 12am and 2pm to 5pm (C.E.T.). During our remaining office hours (8:30am to 6pm) please ask for a callback. You're enjoying a support flat rate and don't have to worry about the costs.
Please note: If you cancel your subscription you won't enjoy a support flat rate after the termination of your subscription. We would charge you on a time and material basis.

New versions and new features within the current version are all included for you during the validity of your subscription. No other expenses! You won't miss an innovation and you will be up-to-date with ease. List & Label upgrades are full of features and advance you and the end users, saving money and time by offering more efficient processes. And List & Label upgrades offer the possibility to release an upgrade of your application yourself. You know, upgrades always give a competitive lead and a a plus factor concerning your image as innovation driver.
As a customer with a subscription you get newly developed features even before we release a new version of List & Label. Have a look at the recent product development.
Please note: If you cancel your subscription you won't receive upgrades or feature updates after the termination of your subscription. If you will be interested in a new version this would be for the original price.
An example calculation:
Each renewal year costs 50% of the price of the first year. If you terminate your subscription and pause for 2 years to rejoin on the basis of the original price, you will pay exactly the same amount as if you had stayed with your current subscription - without enjoying the benefits in the meantime. According to experience you will most likely have additional costs for support services after the termination of your subscription.
Conclusion:
If you plan to purchase List & Label with a subscription again in the next two years, after cancelling now, you will save real money if you stay with your subscription. In order to get financial benefit out of the termination of your license two years without a subscription would have to pass.
The period of validity of your subscription and the related support is one year. If you do not cancel the subscription in written form at a period of notice of 3 months to the end of this contractual year, it is automatically renewed by another contractual year.
