Our alternative to a purchase license is NOT "software as a service", but rather a traditional rental. Please note: In this process, your sensitive customer data, that is critical to your company, will remain in your custody and will not be kept on an external server.

The advantages for you :: You pay a fixed monthly rental fee per user, you will always have the current version and can terminate the agreement with a month's notice. We want to make the start-up process as simple for you as possible. It is, however, reassuring that you can opt out again at any time. No "fitness club effect" where you keep on paying for something you might not be using or that you are no longer happy with. Our message to you: We want to ensure that you are happy and also that you stay happy! If you were hurrying and skipped over it: All updates are automatically included! In each case, you will receive a new DVD.

So how does that work? :: How can we be sure that your license is still valid and that it is not still being used despite the fact that it has been terminated? The answer is simple: The cRM 5 rental license will ask your administrators every 1-2 months to create a secure link to the combit webserver actively with one click and to transmit your serial number. This automatically checks and confirms the validity of your rental license. This takes less than 30 seconds and you can keep going with the text. If you wish, however, this process can also be automated.

With cRM you have a choice between a support agreement with a minimum term of 1 year and precise invoicing, down to the exact minute for support based on the time spent. The support agreement provides you with a flat rate, while with the minute by minute invoicing, you pay for each minute that you use our support via telephone, email or online form. Choose exactly what suits your personal needs and preferences!

The following will apply for both new types of support :: If you have a question, our support team is available in person from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, during our remaining office hours between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm, you can simply ask us to call you back. Put simply, quality coupled with quick access, that saves you both time and money. Of course, our knowledge base and forums will still be available to you free of charge as a starting point. But of course: Program errors will not be considered as support.

The all around worry-free package :: If you decide on a cRM rental license including flat rate support, you can also pay for the support automatically on a monthly basis. You have nothing more to worry about and have fixed costs that can be calculated in a clear way that preserve your liquidity.
