Belgium -- The cRM project for De Jonghe, located in Belgium, is just about to be completed. The commercial agency finds machines and process solutions for belgian major customers from the chemical industry. The cRM solution from EffCom will be used for quote management and the corresponding work flows. This regards for example to their entire e-mail correspondence with manufacturers, and the respective archiving, automatic order confirmations and the management of vendor data. Especially handling provisions and provision invoices as well as controlling incoming payments are important to the company. USA -- Completion of the project for Sauter Timber LLC located in Rockwood, Tennessee. The carpentry is specialized in building log homes and was looking for a CRM solution for detailed management of their timber warehouse and the administration of construction projects. Another important detail was to enable fast stock-taking by using barcodes. EffCom also developed the automatic import of different data files (e.g. construction plans).
